Appointments
Our treatments are by phone appointment only. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to complete our guest information form. Let us know if you have any allergies, skin conditions, or have any medical issues that could affect your treatment.

Groupon Policy
If you’ve found us through Groupon, please note it is for first-time customers only. Please mention it when you call to make an appointment. The face value of any expired Groupon certificates can be used towards any full-priced service.

Spa Sense
We ask that you please be considerate of other guests and turn off or silence cell phones and devices. If you must take a call, please step outside. Thank you.

Arriving Late
We strive to give you the most enjoyable and effective treatment and we set aside the correct time to do so. Please understand that if you arrive late, we may not be able to extend the treatment to the full time due to following appointments. Full price for the treatment will still be in effect.

Cancellations
We look forward to welcoming you at Elena Esthetic Spa. We request 24 hours advanced notice to cancel or change a confirmed spa service. Changes made in less than 24 hours, will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price.

Gratuities
Gratuities are always appreciated. We suggest 20% of the treatment price.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards.
