Sonja’s yoga practice is strong, gentle and gracious. She’s also trained in ballet, certified in breathwork and meditation, and has been teaching yoga for over seven years. She’s driven by sharing her wealth of knowledge with people of all ages and skill level and wants to help others connect with their most authentic selves. “Get out of your head and get into your heart.
