• Credit Card Policy

    New clients must provide a credit card to hold their appointments and to make any future ones. The card will NOT be charged unless the cancelation policy or the no-show policy is breached.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hours notice, will be charged a $50 fee. The same $50 fee applies for “no-shows”.

  • Arriving late

    We understand that life happens. For this reason, if you believe that you will be arriving late to your appointment PLEASE call us beforehand! We work hard to schedule the necessary amount of time needed for each service. PLEASE be aware that if you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment we can not GUARANTEE that your full service can be provided. In some cases tardiness may require rescheduling for another day. Should this be necessary, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $20 before we can schedule your next appointment.

  • Refund

    NO refunds or substitutions for a different treatment will be given once a package or treatment has been already purchased.

  • Expiration

    All treatments expire after 3 months from the purchase date. No refund will be given back, or substituted for a different treatment.

  • Groupon

    Groupon offers can only be used for FIRST time clients.

  • Lost items

    Elena Esthetic Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
